Problem

The founder was ready to take the business to the next level. He had a growing team who were using spreadsheets to manage sales and had little marketing activity. Time and resources were wasted with their outdated accounting systems and the collection of payments and deposits. 

Solution

We implemented Pipedrive CRM with specific pipelines for each revenue stream. The system was set up to provide clear processes for handling enquiries and to incorporate a mix of automation and activity settings so the team knew exactly which high value activity should be carried out. 

We used Zapier to automate the repetitive tasks of reaching out to partners and owners; previously this would sometimes be as much as 15-20 separate emails and calls for each enquiry. By creating interactive forms to collect customer requirements and details, the process has been sped up dramatically and now works more efficiently.

We migrated to Google Workspace for productivity tools and collaborative working. This has also provided a yearly saving of €1200 on cloud storage (having moved from Dropbox).

We helped implement their digital marketing strategy and execution, set up a chatbot and put together a full business process manual and brand elevation strategy for 2021. 

Result

The company is now pioneering a new and unique sales model in Ibiza and is set to double its turnover in the next 12 months, while keeping the headcount low.
