Can I get a refund?

You are covered by our 7 day 100% money back guarantee, if after the first week you don't believe we are a good fit, we'll send all of your money back. Refunds outside of this are in exceptional circumstances only.

Can I Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?

You most definitely can. Our plans are designed specifically with this in mind. You may been to expand or retract your team based on your business needs. When you downgrade, your remaining balance for that period is applied to your account and will reduce your next payment/s accordingly.

What currencies do you accept?

Our default currency is GBP. YOu can also pay in EUR or USD, the exchange rates are the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause for up to 2 weeks. This is because sometimes your request list may be exhausted for you may need to wait for a key stakeholder, someone to return from leave or 3rd party before you can proceed.

Can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan at anytime, but it must be at least 48 hrs before your renewal to avoid being billed. If you wish to cancel mid way through a billing cycle we will prorate your remaining balance which will remain available for future plans or projects

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Payments can only be made by credit/debit card or Direct Debit, a minimum of one payment method is required to activate your account and plan

What happens if I miss a payment?

Billing is automatic, with a reminder 3 days before the due date. If a payment fails, which we understand happens from time to time, our system, will retry 3 times over the next 48hrs. If payment is still not made we put the plan on hold until the account is brought back into good standing.

Will you withdraw the payment automatically from my bank account every month?

Yes, we will withdraw your payment automatically from your credit or debit card as long if you are an active customer. You will receive a reminder email three days before every new payment. If you don't want to continue the subscription, you can cancel, upgrade, downgrade or pause your account by accessing your billing portal on our website or by speaking directly with your Project Manager

Can I get a quote for a project?

We only work at a monthly rate which you can see on our pricing page. However, if you send us a complete project brief, we can give you an estimate of the expected turnaround time . You can also add more team members to your plan to speed up the project.

How do I pay for the subscription?

You can sign up on our website for the monthly plan of your choice using your credit/debit card or via Direct Debit.

We will charge your chosen payment method on the same day of every month automatically. However, you will receive a reminder email that the next payment comes up three days before the next renewal.

What platform do you use to manage the tasks & projects?

We use Trello to project manage all your requests and update you about any updates. Once you sign up to TaaS, we will create a task board for you and send you an invite. Trello is free to use but requires an account. If you already use Trello within your company, you can easily switch between our workspaces by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner.

How do I approve the work and give feedback?

We prefer screen-recording videos and image annotation instead of simple text messages. It will help you spend less time on briefing and feedback while making it 10x easier for us to understand your thought process. To mark as Approved simply comment "approved" and move it to the Done column.

How do I communicate with my project manager?

You will communicate with your project manager via your Trello board within the task comments. In this way, we keep the conversation organized and know what task you are referring to. Based on our experience working with companies worldwide, we highly recommend using screen-recording videos and image annotation instead of simple text messages. It will help you spend less time on briefing and feedback while making it 10x easier for us to understand your thought processThe free tool we recommend is Loom

What kind of tasks or projects can I request

We categorise requests between tasks and projects.  A task is a simple piece of work that can be done within one working session or in a few days. E.g., creating a landing page design concept or fixing a website issue.

A project is everything that requires planning and multiple working steps and can not be completed in a few days. E.g., redesigning a website with multiple pages or developing a no-code app.Below is the complete list of tasks and projects you can request as part of your subscription.  

Please keep in mind that the mentioned turnaround time is a basic estimate. Some tasks could take only an hour, and we complete a few of your requests in the task queue within one day, but we usually only send you one daily update report at the end of every working day.  

For design concepts, the average turnaround time represents the time we need for the first draft. If you have revision requests, completing these will take another day.

How do I request a new task or project?

Simply submit a request using your form in your account or directly on the Trello Board / App

Can we communicate on any other channels such as slack?

No, all your tasks are organized on your task board within Trello. We communicate within the task comments so that everybody knows what we are talking about.We have tried many different ways in the past such as using Slack or MS teams, it's seems intuitive but in reality it's messy and loses context so we stick to the project board for communications.

What is a Task?

A task is a single piece of work you require. This could be a new zap, logo, a web page or a process redesign.

What is a request?

A request is anything that you want us to do for you. It can be a small tech task or a more complex website redesign or integration project.

For example:

  • Setting up a new Zap
  • A new webpage
  • An integration or customisation
  • Setting up a CRM or email marking system
  • Building an online store
  • Implementing a new payment provider
  • Logo redesign
  • Sales and marketing collateral like blog or social media posts
How Does your Pricing work?

Here is one way to look at it: Imagine you hire a full-time web developer or designer on a monthly salary.  You can request all your tasks and projects, and they will work on all your requests one at a time for as long as the person works for you.

You decide what tasks you delegate to this person or team. Some tasks will be done in 15 mins, and some projects might take multiple months.  The problem is that this one hire has a limited number of skills because nobody is great at everything.

For example, great developers rarely are amazing designers.  With VH3, you have access to a team of designers & developers with various specialties. We take over all your requests and work on them one after the other, while your project manager keeps an eye on everything and ensures the right person gets the job done.

You can add additional team members to your account if you need to work on multiple requests or projects simultaneously. This allows you to scale your design & dev operations up and down every month based on your current workload.  You pay us monthly flat rates. Clear and simple, no long contracts or hidden fees!

Do I communicate directly with the developer or designer?

Your dedicated project manager will take over all the communication and act as the middle man/woman between you and the team. This way, we can respond faster to your questions and have one person who understands your business and preferences and can brief new talents when you need them without repeating yourself.

Where are you located?

Our head office and core operations are in the UK. We also have offices in Ibiza, Spain. Our team members span multiple timezones too to ensure rapid turnaround of tasks.

How do I request a new task or project?

During your onboarding, we will send you a link to your unique request form connected to your Trello board. Every time you have a task or project to delegate, you can fill out the form, and your project manager gets a notification. Ideally, you fill up the task queue with multiple tasks with different priority statuses so we can grab the next request when we are done or stuck with another one to avoid wasting time. You will see all requests on your task board in Trello, which will look like this:
