theHUB is a premier co-working, office and events space in Ibiza. The company had been growing steadily and was ready to expand their concept to the next level.
Having successfully driven growth, Pafi’s sales department needed to scale the company quickly, but lacked the essential tools to do this. Their old way of working via email and spreadsheets was no longer sufficient to sustain further growth. The customer journey experience and accompanying documentation was generic and in need of updating. Inadequate operations meant key personnel were wasting time on manual and repetitive tasks, preventing them from focusing on high value activities.
As a multi accredited company with a number of ISO manuals, it was important to ensure all Pafi’s processing designs and documentation was compliant and customer friendly.
After a detailed top-down review of Pafi’s processes and organisational structure was carried out to identify the gaps and quick wins, we designed and implemented a new Sales CRM , digital documentation and project management solutions. All platforms were integrated with advanced automation - saving hundreds of hours of work time per month. We migrated the team's office suite tools to Google workplace and cloud storage, transferring the company account system to Xero.
