An injury brought him off the road and into the office, where he quickly became a key frontline voice, working directly with customers and driving day-to-day service delivery. Since then, he’s progressed into managing key client accounts and overseeing field operations, with a sharp eye for the systems that keep everything moving. Sam has led the internal development of CRM tools and operational processes, ensuring teams stay connected and customer promises are met. At VH3 Connect, he brings a grounded, service-first perspective to the way we build and support our AI solutions. Sam is always focused on what makes life easier for the people doing the work.
